As the Salesforce Architect
, you will be the key decision-maker, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that drive business value. You will collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and business leaders to ensure the Salesforce ecosystem aligns with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect & Design: Develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration with core insurance systems and third-party applications.
Governance & Best Practices: Establish coding standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and executives to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Optimization: Continuously enhance and improve the Salesforce platform for efficiency and scalability.
Compliance & Security: Ensure all solutions adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
Key Requirements:
Proven Salesforce expertise with at least 7+ years of experience
, including 3+ years in an architecture role
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect)
Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Insurance domain experience
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and LWC
Knowledge of integration tools (Mule Soft, APIs, Web Services)
Experience in enterprise architecture methodologies
Strong stakeholder management & leadership skills
