We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join a leading banking client. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that support the bank's digital transformation initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, and cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, flows, and security settings.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external banking systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Develop reusable components and maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all solutions comply with banking security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Experience working within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (mandatory).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II and Financial Services Cloud Accreditation will be advantageous.

- Strong knowledge of CRM best practices and enterprise application architecture.
