We’re Hiring: Salesforce Developer (Contract Position)

A leading financial institution is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join their team on a contract basis in Johannesburg.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to play a key role in the development, implementation, and management of Salesforce applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced team, building high-quality solutions and enhancing the functionality of Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Collaborate with technical teams and business analysts to deliver customized solutions.
Develop and optimize batch processes and system integrations.
Test and validate the functionality and performance of applications to ensure the best user experience.
Improve and enhance existing applications, addressing system issues and optimizing performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Deliver user training and documentation to ensure effective use of Salesforce applications.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Force.com platform.
Expertise in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Proven experience in Salesforce batch processing and system integrations.
Ability to develop both custom solutions and leverage out-of-the-box Salesforce features.
Salesforce Certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer) are highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
