Scope of Service / Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the Salesforce Automation (SFA) tool used by the organization.
  • Prepare laptops for new joiners, including installation of SFA tool and downloading user databases.
  • Manage sales territory changes for Sales Representatives based on business requirements.
  • Handle SFA issue resolution locally where possible and escalate to Central Support when required.
  • Track and monitor all Salesforce‑related IT tickets in a separate log and share weekly status reports with SFEM.
  • Re‑activate or edit closed activities in Salesforce when users are unable to modify them.
  • Generate and distribute reports on open / unclosed sales activities to SFEM, NSM, and RSM.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to AMs and RSMs on effective use of the SFA tool.
  • Prepare and share flash reports on SFA usage.
  • Manage ADD & DROP files in cases of AM swaps, replacements, vacant territories, or pin‑code duplication.
  • Identify duplicate accounts and coordinate with the Central Team in France for data clean‑up
  • Extract Salesforce reports for external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain the Salesforce organizational Excel file monthly and circulate to stakeholders.
  • Follow up with zero‑visit AMs, capture reasons for inactivity, and report findings to SFEM, RSM, and NSM.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during SFA version upgrades.

Required Deliverables

  • Accurate and timely generation of required reports.
  • Number of sales rep support interactions handled.
  • On‑time report delivery.
  • Salesforce organization structure maintained and updated.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of Salesforce.com experience.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and Excel proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Background or exposure to sales, marketing operations, or operational support roles preferred.
