We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Technical Support Consultant who thrives on solving problems, loves speaking with clients, and is driven to grow sales while delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming client inquiries (phone, email, and web) and provide tailored product recommendations
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and consultative selling
Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage CRM data
Offer basic technical support, troubleshooting and explaining product functionality to clients
Collaborate with other technical and installation teams to ensure the smooth delivery of solutions when required
Assist with client onboarding, product demos, and post-sale support
Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads to close deals
Stay updated on product knowledge to confidently represent the BellMe range
What We’re Looking For
A people person with strong communication and consultative selling skills
Sales-oriented with a passion for helping clients find the right solution
Technically-minded — able to understand product specs and explain them simply
Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage sales admin efficiently
Eager to learn and grow within a niche, impactful industry
Requirements
1–3 years experience in a similar sales or tech support role
Proficiency with CRM software and general admin tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn product systems and features quickly
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
South African ID and valid driver’s license (advantageous)
