Cold Calling Team Manager (Remote – Full-Time)
Smart Cleaning US is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company based in Los Angeles. We’re hiring a Cold Calling Team Manager to lead and grow our team of appointment setters.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coach a team of cold callers booking appointments with U.S. businesses
Track KPIs and improve performance
Review calls, optimize scripts, and onboard new setters
Report team progress to company leadership
Requirements:
3–5+ years experience managing a cold calling/appointment setting team
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluent English and reliable internet connection
Experience with CRM and call tracking tools
Compensation:
$1,100/month base salary
$5 per qualified appointment booked by your team
Additional performance bonuses
