Position: Sales Team Manager (KZN)
What will you do?
Manage individuals within a team, e.g., call centre agents or consultants within the communication centre. Ensure the team reaches targets by monitoring individual performance continuously. Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the products, processes, and systems. Mentor the team and provide real-time support for query resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4/Matric
Relevant FAIS and RE qualifications
Minimum Experience
At least 3 years in the short-term sales environment
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of sales and processes
Ability to deal with clients at all levels
Strong administrative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proven sales track record
Results-oriented
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Good attendance record
