SignalPET is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operation Support Manager to lead our Customer Success efforts in Johannesburg. This role plays a key part in driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and upselling opportunities through effective support, relationship-building, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will manage a team of support agents, handle inbound and outbound communications, oversee billing and collections, and serve as a product and medical subject matter expert to both customers and internal teams.

This is a full-time, office-based position (Monday to Friday), with occasional work on public holidays required.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Support

Conduct support calls and follow-ups with customers and prospects

Support Account Executives during the sales process, especially on medical aspects

Serve as the primary point of contact for support, billing, tech cases, and product training

Lead and manage the support team and daily operations

Build and maintain protocols for support processes

Conduct churn calls and identify opportunities for retention and upselling

Represent SignalPET as the subject matter expert on our solution

Post-Sales & Onboarding

Prepare billing, technical support protocols, and product training content

Oversee the onboarding process for new clients

Manage training sessions for new and existing customers

Medical & Product Expertise

Act as the escalation point for product and medical support

Provide expert support to both internal teams and customers

Ensure smooth implementation of new customer initiatives

Requirements

Education:

Matric / Grade 12

Tertiary qualification in Sales/Support or Business related field

Experience:

4+ years in leadership, often with proven KPIs (sales targets, NPS, churn reduction, etc.).

Minimum 2 years of experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment

Cold calling experience required

Previous team management experience

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Analytical with a high attention to detail

Motivated, self-disciplined, and organized

Strong time management and work ethic

Interest in sales and/or customer success
