We are currently looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our UK based sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone wishing to further a career in a commercial sales-driven role.

We help organisations to ensure their staff meet and exceed the regulatory standards, improving patient safety and increasing the number of clinical hours healthcare workers can spend with patients. Their customers include some of the most recognised healthcare brands in the UK as well as globally.

Brief Overview Of The Role

This Sales Support role is part of the sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team with collateral and setting up demo accounts. You will be a highly self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record for sales support in the B2B arena. You’ll have the tenacity, drive, commercial awareness, and persuasiveness to find the right contacts, understand the client’s issues, and set appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting sales team members by preparing sales decks, demo accounts and feature demos.

Attending prospect meetings to ascertain key drivers so that the appropriate materials can be created.

Attend events (nationwide, and potentially internationally also)

Preparing and updating data in CRM

Sourcing new data as required.

Supporting customer success, onboarding newly won clients

Take ownership of your personal goals

Skills / Proficiencies Required

An ideal candidate will have supporting multi-dimensional SaaS products and/or healthcare tech.

An outstanding personal Sales Support track record

Excellent skills configuring and navigating software

Intelligent, able to solve problems, and react positively to change

Tenacity, drive and resilience

Commercial awareness

A targets-driven approach to work

Experience in regulated markets, or complicated SaaS sales.

Self-motivated and organised
