Our team is growing! We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and quick-learning Sales Support Coordinator to play a crucial administrative and process-management role at the very heart of our sales team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in bringing efficiency to sales operations. You will provide sales administration support for Sales Executives in their business development efforts, ensuring that the Business Development Department runs smoothly and effectively to realise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Sales Support – Assist the sales team and company leaders with administrative tasks related to account-based B2B sales initiatives.
CRM Management – Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring tasks, follow-ups, deals, meetings, and tracking are consistently updated.
Inquiry Handling – Manage email follow-ups and provide post-meeting support.
Reporting & Insights – Oversee deal dashboards, track KPIs, and generate reports to drive data-driven decisions.
Cross-Team Collaboration – Liaise with Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and add value to sales strategies.
Administrative Excellence – Manage pricing documentation, contracts, and sales-related paperwork.
Training & Enablement – Assist in onboarding new sales team members, external sales associates (Resellers) and partners, ensuring resources contracts and agreements remain up to date.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who makes things happen.
Proven administrative support skills, ideally within a sales, CRM, or operations environment (B2B or customer-facing experience is a plus).
Strong CRM & reporting skills (experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar tools is advantageous).
Experience in, or disposition for, working in an agile-type environment (the business runs on EOS processes).
Excellent communication skills and high likeability.
Ability to context switch and handle multiple demands while prioritizing effectively.
A keen eye for process improvement and a passion for helping colleagues succeed.
