Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation as required
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and client communications
Process sales orders and assist with maintaining accurate client records
Assist with managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing issues
Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Manage and track sales quotations, contracts, and other related documents
Help manage stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory for sales purposes
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure timely execution of tasks
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 (a relevant qualification is a plus)
12 years experience in a sales support or administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM software experience is an advantage
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
