What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business, managing the full sales cycle, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client solutions across:
IT Outsourcing & Managed Services
Hardware Sales & Rentals
IT Strategy & Advisory Solutions
Your role will include:
Driving new customer acquisition and pipeline growth
Managing quoting and presales processes (assessment, design, commercial sign-off)
Working with Account Managers to cross-sell and upsell to existing clients
Maintaining accurate client and opportunity data in CRM
Representing Qwerti’s product and service value clearly and effectively
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, with at least 3 years in an MSP environment
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, managed services, and hardware solutions
Ability to independently manage the sales lifecycle from scoping to close
Excellent communication, solution selling, and client engagement skills
What Success Looks Like
Achievement of monthly and quarterly annuity sales targets
High quote-to-close ratio across all solution categories
Positive internal and external client feedback on engagement and handover
