REPORT TO : Sales Manager
HOURS & SHIFTS : Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:00
REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS :
R12, Basic Salary (gross)
R3, Travel allowance
R Cell Phone Allowance
15% Commission upon target achieved
Total Cost to Company R15,-00 per month (guaranteed)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Own car with valid driver license
Confident being on the road, developing new business – this is not an office job
Cell phone & Laptop for business related admin
Based in Johannesburg
Driven, motivated by sales and passionate about the Holistic & Wellbeing industries
QUALIFICATIONS :
Matric Certificate / Grade 12
Accredited qualification in Health & Skin Care / Beauty / Somatology / Aromatherapy / Spa Therapy / Massage Therapy
ITEC Diploma in Holistic Therapies (BONUS)
CIDESCO Aromatherapy / Spa Therapy (BONUS)
Aromatherapy Certified
Degree in Wellness Sciences / Homeopathy (BONUS)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE :
Confident in your knowledge of Wellbeing, Holistic Therapies, Essential Oils and Aromatherapy
Punctual & timely
Confident in English (Read, Write & Speak) – professional correspondence is required
Able to build a lasting rapport with clients
Able to work remotely (without supervision) as well as in a team dynamic
Able to plan ahead, forecast and motivate your clients
Visit Salons, Spas, Clinics, Doctor rooms, etc. with a confident yet professional demeanor
