📋 Your Role
As a Sales Specialist, you will:
– Call warm, pre-qualified leads and convert them into booked Discovery Calls.
– Work across multiple client campaigns.
– Use HubSpot to review lead scores, notes, and activity, focusing on the highest-quality prospects.
– Engage prospects using hyper-personalised outreach that generates real conversations.
✅ What We're Looking For
– Minimum 1 year of B2B cold calling and prospecting experience.
– Experience using at least one CRM, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho.
– Confident and energetic communicator who enjoys speaking on the phone.
– Tech-savvy, curious, coachable, and driven to succeed.
– Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

📍 Job Details
– Contract position with strong growth opportunities.

💰 Compensation
R15,000 base salary plus attractive uncapped performance bonuses.
