Our client, an expert in the transport and logistics industry, is looking for a results-oriented Sales Representative focused on generating new business leads, fostering relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth across the Western Cape.

Duties:

Drive sales growth within current client base.

Targets achieved as per agreement with Sales Manager.

Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Address technical support issues, billing or payment questions.

Manage complaints or feedback, and delivery issues.

Handle account changes or updates.

Provide PODs, quotations, ETAs.

Prepare rate proposals, manage cash clients, and resolve queries.

Assist accounts in getting payments on time by addressing issues and resolving any payment-related concerns.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.

Fluency in English and Afrikaans.

3 years experience in transport and logistics sales.

Sales/Marketing qualification (advantageous).

Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing daily tasks.

Basic Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 + commission to be earned.

Fuel expenses will be covered by the company + company cell phone.
