MainPurposeof the Role:
The mainpurposeof the role is to gain new business in the market as well as maintain new business secured, whilst increasing the logistics spend of each customer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to compile rates proposals/Estimates and presentations
Ability to conduct customer implementation
All administrative functions within the sales environment. Eg:
Estimates, rates proposals & crm
Attend and complete the designated training for this program
Executive levelengagement
Operational implementation of new business signed.
Contract negotiations
Profit maximization
Tender, proposal and contract development
Stakeholder account and relationship management
Business value propositions
Consultative selling
Opportunity analysis and qualification
Fulfill reporting requirements including but not limited to CRM Tool management
Tertiary Qualification:
Sales Courses
Job-Related Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years C&F sales experience.
Exposure to Air/Ocean Reefer/Perishable operations or sales will be advantageous.
