Introduction
A dynamic and motivated Sales Agent is required to join an established and energetic team within a fast-paced distribution environment. This position will offer you the opportunity to step into a functioning sales structure with existing support and experienced colleagues. The successful candidate will report directly to management and collaborate with a driven sales team. The environment suits an ambitious individual who is eager to grow within sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through proactive client engagement and relationship management
- Maintain and expand an existing customer base
- Process orders, quotations, and general sales administration
- Liaise with internal departments including admin, warehouse, and logistics to ensure efficient service delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide accurate reporting and updates to management
- Support team objectives and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales and/or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Sage Evolution (non-negotiable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ambition
- Ability to work within a team-oriented, target-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
