Responsibilities:
• Drive urgency, energy and productive vibes whilst on duty.
• Maintain your personal performance and quality targets.
• Ensure that all interactions with customers meet the required standard.
• Ensuring company policies and processes are adhered to.
• Constantly ensuring that you are aware of product changes or processes relating to service.
• Maintain positive, healthy relationships with internal stakeholders and demonstrate a commitment to practicing the company values.
• Adhere to health & safety policy.
• Maintaining sales target, daily, weekly, monthly.
Requirements
Clear criminal record (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years Long Term Insurance Sales Experience
1 Year Call Center experience (may run concurrent with Long Term Insurance experience)
Matric or Matric equivalent (NQF4)
RE5 advantageous
Fluency in English and one or more other South African official language
Excellent Track record of achieving Sales Targets within an Outbound Sales Environment
Passionate and Self-Motivated
