Job Description:
We are seeking a young dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a sales representative / Delivery man. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in doing deliveries and dealing with customers in store.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and represent our brand effectively in all communications.
work with other team members to create content on social media (instagram and tiktok)
Confidently appear on camera and engage with our social media followers.
Dealing with customer enquiries and sales
Will be required to do drop off’s or pickups with our company vehicle
Generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies to promote our business.
Utilize your technology knowledge, including iPhones, MacBooks, Samsung devices, smartwatches, and iPads, to address tech-related queries and provide support.
Requirements:
Minimum of Matric
Must be familiar with creating tiktoks and getting with the trends
Basic knowledge of various technologies, including iPhones, MacBooks, Samsung devices, smartwatches, and iPads.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Comfort and confidence with appearing on camera and creating social media content.
Basic proficiency in understanding of digital marketing.
A fundamental understanding of the apple ecosystem (particularly in iphone and macbook)
A valid driver’s license is required; owning a vehicle is considered a plus.
Preferably someone in the southern suburbs
Salary – R6,500 + commission
