Job Summary:
Reporting into the Area Sales Manager of the Joburg North Region, the aim of this function is to service an existing customer base within the Bloemfontein, Bethlehem, Harrismith, Kimberley, Upington, Welkom and surrounding areas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the achievement of sales targets and goals
Maintain and increase sales for the Business
Establish, maintain, and expand customer base and relationships
Service the needs of existing customers and collecting customer feedback
Merchandising and adhering to the required merchandising standards and/or layouts of stores
Building the brand and negotiating the best possible space and exposure
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
Logging daily customer contact on CRM
Assist with trade shows and deliver stock as and when required
Returns management by monitoring, collecting, and controlling returns in a timely manner.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 with exemption pass
Minimum 2-4 years’ FMCG sales experience
Valid code 08 drivers’ licence
Own, reliable vehicle
Must have a clear credit history
Must be willing to travel and sleep out as and when required (lots of travel)
Computer literate
Preference given to EE/AA candidates
