Job Description:
We’re seeking a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Your role will be to identify potential clients, generate leads, and close sales for our timber-based packaging products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, works independently, and is eager to grow alongside a small, hands-on business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person visits
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products
Prepare quotes and follow up on open leads
Meet agreed-upon sales targets
Maintain regular communication with management
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organised
Valid driver’s license and own transport
Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits in Gauteng
Basic computer literacy (Outlook, QuickBooks, Excel)
Advantageous but not required:
Experience in timber, packaging, or industrial product sales
Familiarity with industries like logistics, engineering, or manufacturing
Reside in the Vaal area.

Please note:
This is a commission-only role. You will need your own transport and will be responsible for fuel costs.
Fuel incentives may be offered to top-performing sales reps.
