ClassTutor is a new, fast-growing Edtech company offering online tuition to children from school year 3 to 13 in English, Maths and Science. We pride ourselves on offering premium group and 1:1 tuition at an affordable rate benefiting those most at need in society.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team as a sales representative to help onboard new students.
Responsibilities:
Call new leads on a dailybasis
Set up trial lessons for prospective students
Follow up with parents after trial lessons and complete the sale
Respond to parent quires with regards to lessons/prices/contract etc
Manage parent and student database
Weekly data analysis to monitor quality of service , conversion and retention rates.
Maintain a detailed overview of targets and ensuring they are met monthly.
Work alongside the senior management team to ensure the organisations objectives are met.
Partake in devising strategies to expand and improve our company offering.
What we are looking for:
At least 1 year of experience in telesales
Excellent verbal communication skills
Detailed awerness of UK education system
Have attention to detail, able to multi-task with strong time-management and independent problem-solving skills
Proficient with using customer relationship management software as well as excel
Understand the fluidity of working with a start up company and the agility that entails
Team player qualities with the ability to take initiative and share ideas with the senior management team
Able to work in the evenings and weekends
Comitted and willing to grow with the company
