Job Description
Sovereign, a national supplier of quality chicken products to various markets with operations in five provinces, is seeking a thorough and committed individual for the position of Sales Representative for its Commercial Division based in Hartbeespoort. The Sales Representative is responsible for building strong customer relations and to maximize selling prices and product mix to get the best value. This position reports to Sales Manager: Fresh and holds the TASK Grade T10. The ideal candidate must be in possession of a NQF level 6 qualification in Sales and Marketing or relevant, a valid driver’s license and 3 years’ experience in field sales services.
Responsibilities
Maintain sustainable relationships with Customers and other Stakeholders.
Execute the approved Sales Plan and Pricing Structure.
Maintain a Customer call cycle, advertising campaigns and promotions.
Achieve budgeted Sales Volumes.
Meet the monthly Nett Sales Value (NSV) target.
Maintain brand standards.
Maximize selling prices.
Maximize vehicle utilization.
Maintain costs (Distribution, Travel & Advertising) within budget.
Qualifications
