Sales Representative – Internal Doors & Door Frames
Mr Wood Pecker is a trusted name in premium-quality internal doors and door frames, proudly serving both corporate and private clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Wellington.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of internal doors and door frames. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and building lasting relationships with both corporate and private clients. You will play a vital role in expanding our client base and increasing our market presence across the Wellington region.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source and sign up new corporate and private clients.
Promote and sell Mr Wood Pecker’s range of internal doors and door frames.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
Conduct site visits where necessary to assess customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Work closely with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, building supplies, or home improvement sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
A passion for customer service and quality products.
Knowledge of doors, frames, and timber products is a strong advantage (but not essential – training will be provided).
