Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
Present and sell company products/services to potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
Candidate should have groceries/ commodity interaction experience as well as mix of corporate and independent retail trade selling
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
