Role
The sales representative will oversee each specialty sales deployment within their designated geography.
Once deployment is completed, they will ensure marketing elements and tools are provided and displayed according to standards to drive sales and service customers effectively.
This includes maintaining existing deployments and executing new sales activities. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with partner retailers and distributors, visiting stores to provide support, training, and implementing incentive campaigns and marketing strategies to meet sales objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage sales deployment and ongoing maintenance, adhering to Pay Joy’s best practices.
Achieve monthly sales and deployment goals to increase market share and generate new opportunities.
Develop relationships with merchants, respond to requests, and assist in customer conversion.
Visit deployment points to train sales teams and promote marketing materials.
Develop strategies to increase sales, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities.
Identify and activate new business partners meeting requirements.
Maintain up-to-date customer database and record interactions and sales.
Prepare sales reports and performance analyses for management.
Requirements
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Software Sales, mobile devices, or telecommunications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Results-oriented, proactive, organized, resilient.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Availability to travel; own a car to cover areas.
