Job Summary
Growing the sales and service, driving culture by using DH Lifts service delivery approach.Building relationshipswith key stakeholders in the industry to grow the DH Lifts brand in the market. Administration and sales activities related to the sales, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic lifts. Brands within the portfolio areinclusiveof Dhollandia, Wihag, Pommier, and PTS.
Responsibilities
Developing forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
New lift sales.
Customer liaison andcommunication.
Providing quotations and feedback to clients.
Conducting fleet surveys.
Gathering client information and credit applications.
Sound knowledge of DH Lifts company profile and Dhollandia products, parts, and services.
Reconciliation of outstanding debtors & creditors accounts (accountable for debtors relating to respective new lift sales).
Reporting (verbally & written) all faults and findings on customer hydraulic lift issues.
Ensuring all information pertaining to a new lift scale is accurate, drawings supplied, and correct lift allocated to vehicle and the customer’s specifications.
Willingness to complete any ad-hoc instructions given by management.
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate is required.
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Management is desirable.
The candidate must already reside in Johannesburg; no relocation assistance will be provided.
Job Type:Full-time
Pay:R20,000 – R35,000 per month
