We move fast, think smart, and deliver real ROI for our clients—with an average 5.9x return on ad spend. We’re now looking for a driven Sales Development Rep to help us scale to the next level.
Role Overview
As our Sales Development Representative, your job is simple: identify, qualify, and convert cold leads into new business opportunities. You’ll be speaking to business owners (primarily in the UK) about how our digital marketing solutions can help them grow faster and smarter.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and outreach to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and phone (mostly cold calling as LinkedIn and Email aren’t as effective).
Book 15 discovery calls per week
Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the founder or senior strategist.
Maintain accurate records of leads and outreach activity using CRM tools.
Follow up on inbound interest and convert cold leads into warm opportunities.
Work closely with our founder to fine-tune pitch strategies and sales systems.
What You’ll Get
Base salary: R7,000–R10,000/month
5% commission on all new business closed (Deals typically range from £1,000–£2,000/month)
Realistic monthly earnings: R12,000–R22,000/month

Direct training from our founder (who previously headed up and scaled 2 sales teams, one of which went on to become a business unicorn now valued at over £3B)

What We’re Looking For
2+ year of sales or cold outreach experience (marketing or agency sales a big plus)
Strong written and verbal English skills
Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to hit targets
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Google Maps and LinkedIn is a bonus
