Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and growing our customer base.
Monday to Friday, full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
o Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote nougat & energy bars to food outlets.
o Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers.
o Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain effective communication with customers to provide support and ensure stock levels are maintained at all times.
o Travel Requirements: Travel to customer as required to build relationships and close deals.
Requirements:
o Experience: It would be preferred.
o Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
o Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Vehicle Ownership: Own vehicle required for travel to customers.
What We Offer:
o Market Related Commission Based Salary: 25 %
