This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings. You’ll benefit from a flexible working schedule, focusing on busy retail periods while taking time off during quieter hours. Your success will be driven by your ability to interact with customers and complete sign-ups using a smart and friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell fintech products at assigned retail grocery store locations
Engage with customers in a warm, informative, and persuasive manner
Accurately capture basic user data online using digital forms
Adjust your focus depending on store needs—some may require more frequent visits
Be available during busy trading times, including weekends and public holidays where necessary
You may need to use your own smart device (mobile or tablet) to process sign-ups; most sites will provide Wi-Fi and an Android Tablet
Work towards individual sales targets and track your progress
Requirements
Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic personality
Basic understanding of internet use and online data capture
Own a smartphone or tablet capable of internet access
Willing and able to work flexible hours in line with retail footfall
Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is an advantage but not essential
