Are you a commercially minded leader who thrives on turning sales data into action while leading high-performing teams?
BRM Brands is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Team Lead to lead our internal telesales function and support the commercial success of our Retail, Foodservice and Export customer channels.
What you'll do:
✅ Lead and coach our internal telesales team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
✅ Drive upselling, cross-selling and customer growth opportunities.
✅ Oversee pricing, customer onboarding and commercial administration.
✅ Analyse sales reports and dashboards to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
✅ Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Operations to ensure seamless customer execution.
✅ Use AI tools to improve reporting, communication and productivity.
What we're looking for:
✔ 4–6 years' experience in Sales Operations, Telesales, Commercial Support or FMCG Sales.
✔ At least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
✔ Strong commercial acumen with excellent reporting and analytical skills.
✔ Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or retail supply is highly advantageous.
✔ A proactive leader with excellent customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
