Our client is a well-established B2B SaaS business entering an exciting new growth phase. Building on a strong foundation in workforce management, the business is expanding its offering into the broader operational service management space, creating opportunities to engage larger enterprise customers and senior decision-makers.
We are seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead this growth journey, build a high-performing sales team, and drive new business acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver annual net-new business targets
- Personally source, lead and close strategic enterprise deals
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
- Recruit, onboard and develop a growing sales team
- Establish sales processes, forecasting discipline and performance standards
- Partner with leadership on market positioning and go-to-market execution
- Drive growth across key sectors including facilities management, field services, logistics, retail operations and industrial markets
Requirements
- 8 to10 years experience in enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record selling to C-suite executives
- Strong experience in new business acquisition and quota attainment
- Recent hands-on enterprise sales closing experience
- Experience building, coaching, and scaling sales teams
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial discipline
- An established network in facilities management, field services, utilities, telecoms, logistics, or related sectors is highly advantageous
