Sales Manager HVAC
Our client and business partner is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of a new and fast-growing air-conditioning brand. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of high-performance sales within the air-conditioning industry, particularly to contractors, consultants, property developers, and distributors. This role requires strong industry relationships, strategic planning abilities, and a solid understanding of HVAC market dynamics to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders in the air-conditioning industry.
· Proactively target and engage property groups and developers to secure new project opportunities.
· Promote the brand within the HVAC market to raise awareness and build loyalty.
· Identify and onboard new clients while managing and maintaining structured call cycles.
· Collaborate with existing distributors to develop strategic sales and distribution plans.
· Lead forecasting negotiations with distributors and key clients to support demand planning.
· Develop new sales channels and drive revenue through distributor partnerships.
· Leverage existing networks by reintroducing former clients for targeted sales opportunities.
· Stay informed about trends, competitors, and shifts within the air-conditioning market.
· Deliver engaging product presentations to consultants and developers, highlighting features and competitive advantages.
· Monitor stock availability and collaborate with the team to ensure effective stock sell-out strategies.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC or air-conditioning sales, with a strong track record of success.
· Demonstrable success in selling to contractors, consultants, and developers.
· Strong negotiation, planning, and forecasting skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
· Knowledge of HVAC systems, market trends, and project development cycles.
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively as needed.
