The successful Sales Manager Enterprise Sales will be responsible for the following:

Lead and manage the enterprise sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Monitor and report on competitive market information

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure our offerings remain competitive

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager Enterprise Sales should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Must reside in Johannesburg

Must speak English and Chinese.
