The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and grow a team of Account Executives while actively contributing to pipeline generation, deal strategy, and revenue targets. You’ll report to the Head of Revenue and play a key role in building a repeatable, scalable sales engine in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage, coach, and support a team of quota-carrying AEs
Drive outbound pipeline growth and support full-cycle enterprise sales
Review calls and deal activity via Gong.io to improve performance and close rates
Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and GTM strategy
Monitor and forecast sales performance in Salesforce and HubSpot
Lead by example—own key enterprise opportunities and assist in closing complex deals
Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and developing a top-performing sales team
What We’re Looking For
6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of coaching teams to exceed quota in a high-growth environment
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($100K+ ARR)
Strong command of Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io, and sales enablement tools
Familiarity with ad tech, marketing analytics, or enterprise data platforms
Clear communicator with strong business and technical acumen
Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
