Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving ticket sales through strategic planning, agent partnerships, and innovative sales campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams and external agents to hit and exceed sales targets, helping shape the future of our brand in the competitive travel and tourism market. It should be noted this is a shift based role, some working weekends may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets
Build and manage relationships with sales agents, tour resellers, and affiliates
Identify new sales opportunities and markets to grow ticket sales
Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports to senior leadership
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure consistent product messaging and delivery
Provide training and support to agents and third-party sellers on new offers and product updates
Skills Required
Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build lasting relationships
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Experience Required
Essential: Previous experience in a sales role (minimum 3 years)
Experience running operations remotely
Strong Computer and software (CRM, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive) skills
Experience in team support
Reputable track record of performance with references
