Requirements:
• Matric
• Bachelor’s degree (mechanical / industrial / metallurgical / chemical) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 5-8 years’ experience in a Sales management preferably in a manufacturing, mechanical or mineral process equipment environment
• To effectively recruit, manage and develop a high performing sales team for the region
• Achieve regional financial targets per budget, including Revenue, margin and working capital
• Implement and manage key sales processes and systems to ensure create a high-performance sales team
