Requirements:
Matric
Bachelor’s degree (mechanical / industrial / metallurgical / chemical) or equivalent combination of education and / or experience
5-8 years’ experience in a Sales management preferably in a manufacturing, mechanical or mineral process equipment environment
To effectively recruit, manage and develop a high performing sales team for the region
Achieve regional financial targets per budget, including Revenue, margin and working capital
Implement and manage key sales processes and systems to ensure a high-performance sales team
