What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
Pitching and closing new business across sectors (retail, office, residential, etc.)
Selling the company’s full product suite: access control, monthly parking, kiosks, Tap-to-Pay
Managing inbound leads and proactively sourcing new deals
Building a monthly parker pipeline (corporate & individual)
Traveling nationally to support site rollout and client relationships
Ensuring great onboarding experience and long-term client retention
Representing the company at expos, conferences, and industry events
Breaking into new verticals like student housing, hospitals, and gated estates
Working with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and outbound strategies
Creating tailored proposals and pricing models
Identifying strategic partnerships to boost platform adoption
Requirements

3–5+ years in B2B sales, real estate, property tech, or related commercial roles
Tech-comfortable — you can sell and explain a smart digital product
Willing to travel — frequently and nationally
