Full Job Description

To coordinate all administrative tasks pertaining to the Data Systems of Departments, e.g., Buying, Planning, FMCG, Cellular, and Financial

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administration of purchase orders (i.e., revise, re-route, cancel, re-ticket)

Upload and delete store holds

Administration related to new stores and new products will be maintained

Prepare and load price mark-ups/mark-downs

Maintain vendor product codes and barcodes

Create and edit new suppliers

Distribution of staff uniforms

Ad hoc tasks

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 with Maths

2 Years of administration experience, preferably in a retail planning environment

Strong administration skills – Fanatical attention to detail and data accuracy,

Computer Literacy: MS Excel (above average skills) and Outlook

Competencies required: Planning; Organising and control; Detail Orientation; Time management

Stress tolerance, good communication skills, and Service Orientation.
