About The Role
The Sales Head will be responsible for delivering budget and revenue forecasts for the South Africa division.
You will develop and implement strategies approved by EXCO to ensure sustainable revenue growth of our product offerings in South Africa.
Responsibilities
Develop revenue contingency plans for unforeseen forecast variances and ensure targets are met.
Create and maintain a pipeline of new business for all Lexis Nexis products in assigned territories.
Implement strategic plans in collaboration with the South Africa Executive Team.
Identify opportunities in new markets and report daily progress via CRM.
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and tenders.
Stay updated on international and local trends and product developments.
Develop marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our products/services locally and in Africa.
Implement visitation programs to source new customers and opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar sales leadership role.
Experience selling technology solutions in the legal sector.
Experience selling governance, risk, and compliance software in the corporate sector.
Ability to embody Lexis Nexis values in all work aspects.
Good judgment, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
Political savvy, patience, flexibility, and creativity.
