Position: Sales Executive (Gutters)
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, lead generation, and closing deals. This role involves selling gutter solutions to residential and commercial clients, so strong interpersonal skills and a passion for sales are essential.
Key Responsibilities
– Actively prospect and generate leads to grow the customer base.
– Conduct site visits and assessments to provide accurate quotations.
– Present and sell gutter solutions to potential customers.
– Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
– Follow up on leads and close deals efficiently.
– Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns.
– Keep records of sales activities and provide weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements
– Matric (Grade 12) – Sales or business-related qualification is a plus.
– 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in the construction/home improvement industry).
– Valid driver’s license – Must be comfortable with field sales and traveling.
– Strong negotiation and closing skills.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in approaching new clients.
