Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our hospitality services and effectively communicate their value propositions.

Sales Generation:
Proactively reach out to existing clients to identifyupselling and cross-sellingopportunities and generate leads.

Quoting and Proposal Creation:
Prepare accurate quotes for clients based on their specific needs and create compelling proposals that highlight the value of our services.

Order Processing:
Facilitate the order process, ensuring seamless transactions and timely delivery of services.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the sales manager onsales performance.

Customer Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Promote the Company and Ownership:
Train sales agents on effectively promoting the benefits and features of our company and its ownership model.

Requirements:

Theoretical Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing.

Strong interpersonal,communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of acollaborative team.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Code 8 driver’s license & own vehicle.
