The Role

We are looking for adynamicandresults-drivenSales Executivewith aproven track recordof exceeding targets and building strong client relationships. Skilled in leveraging data-driven insights to identify new market opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth. Known for a consultative sales approach, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving win-win outcomes. Skills and Experience

What you’ll do:

Develop an acquisition plan using the resources available to meet and exceed the allocatedsales targets.

Focus on net new acquisition accounts as well as managing the current accounts agreed upon with the Head of the BU.

Ensure prioritization of all sales activities and customer prospecting align with the company’s services and solutions offerings and core business goals.

Manage and promote the iOCO Cloud’s suite of offerings as per the defined services catalogue ensuring that deal structure meets the iOCO IS guidelines.

Proactively develop, manage, and close required opportunity pipeline and forecast through the use of the chosen CRM, keeping it up to date at all times.

Manage the complete sales cycle from initial identification to the collection of payments for the opportunity.

Attend vendor marketing events foreducationpurposes and potential new client engagement.

Proactively launch, demonstrate, advertise, exhibit, and market any new solutions or services from iOCO Cloud or affiliated vendors to clients.

Respond to and follow up on any inquiries or queries to iOCO Cloud.

Take accountability for any sales-related projects and tasks such as:

Quotations

Proposals & tenders

Debt collection

Project planning

Implementations

Formal customer presentations

Maintenance activities

Contract negotiation

Win/loss reviews – customer and internal

Ensure complete understanding of pricing and proposals.

Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects’ business problems, their effects, and the proposed solutions.

Attend training and ensure individual skills development and Vendor certifications are met as assigned by the BU Head.

Ensure prompt completion of all mandatory training.

Demonstrate sound business selling skills across the iOCO IS portfolio of offerings.

Maximize opportunities in the sales process resulting in a larger share of wallet from clients.

Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients on various services and solutions.

Maintain an accurate record of daily appointments and schedules in Outlook, viewable by all iOCO Cloud staff.

Operate within the boundaries of iOCO IS company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, and solve problems creatively.

Demonstrated ability and success in developing sales strategies and executing them successfully.

Experience in leading and structuring disparate sales teams with tangible results.

Good technical foundation in understanding technology and communicating product value propositions.
