Sales Executive- Call Centre Services – (I.T. Information Techology) Jobs in Boksburg at Omnitell
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of our Call Center Services, including inbound, outbound, and service desk-related solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least two years in successfully selling call center services, particularly to the public sector in South Africa. This role requires strong business development skills, industry knowledge, and strategic approach to customer engagement.
· Key Performance Areas:
1. Business Development & Sales
· Proactively generate leads, conduct cold calls, set up meetings, and present tailored solutions to decision-makers.
· Identify, target, and engage potential clients in need of call center services, with a strong focus although not exclusively, on government and public sector organizations.
· Own the process of responding to Tenders/RFP’s for this service and work closely with the bid office to ensure high quality and timeous tender responses.
· Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate the market, build strong client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
· Develop and present compelling sales proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and budget considerations.
· Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including contract negotiations and onboarding.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
2. Client Relationship Management
· Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-maker and influencers in client organizations.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
· Monitor market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches and service offerings.
· Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business development.
3. Reporting & Performance Management
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for senior management.
Meet or exceed agreed and defined sales targets.
Required Experience:
· Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable success in selling call centre services, with a strong preference for experience in the public sector.
· Proven ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
· Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tendering.
· Experience in consultative selling, crafting customized solutions based on client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
· A relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing is an advantage.
