Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Closer. The Sales Closer will manage the end stages of the sales cycle, including conducting discovery and qualification calls, delivering product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs, and handling objections with clear, outcome-focused communication. The role involves collaborating with outbound teams to prioritize intent-driven leads, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and guiding prospects through contract and, where applicable, escrow processes to successful deal closure. The Sales Closer will maintain accurate records in the CRM, provide feedback to marketing and product on lead quality and customer insights, and consistently follow up to ensure a smooth, customer-

centered closing experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear, persuasive verbal and written communication.
  • Proven experience in Closings and Deal Closure, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Service skills focused on building trust, managing expectations, and delivering a positive buyer experience.
  • Familiarity with Escrow or similar transactional processes, and comfort guiding prospects through final contractual steps.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally working with outbound or intent-based lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and maintain organized, accurate CRM entries.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
