Abut the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our office-based team in Umhlanga, Durban. This role involves engaging with inbound and leads from UK-based customers, converting interest into successful sales, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process. You’ll also assist with light administrative duties and play a key role in maintaining accurate customer records. Key Responsibilities:
Manage 30–50 inbound leads per day from UK-based customers, responding within a 1-minute target window.
Convert enquiries into trial attendees and customers through phone and email communication.
Send trial invitations, follow up on confirmations, and manage attendance.
Serve as the first point of contact for new enquiries—friendly, professional, and confident.
Maintain and update our CRM system with lead and membership information.
Support light administrative tasks related to memberships and scheduling.
Ensure trial participants receive all required documentation ahead of their scheduled date.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales or Telesales.
Proven customer service experience in a target-driven sales environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confident, proactive, and energetic with a strong sense of initiative.
Well-organised and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Working Schedule:
4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
1:00 PM – 9:00 PM South Africa Standard Time (aligned to the UK customer base)
Office-based role in Umhlanga, Durban
