Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
New Business and Client Management
Solely responsible for generating leads, canvassing for new business, arranging meetings, structuring, and closing deals across multiple industries (hospitality, activities, beauty, products)
Cold calling telephonically.
Face to face interaction with partners (owners of restaurants, spas, activities etc).
Negotiate rate and contract terms and conditions upon signing up a new partner.
Maintain excellent relationships with all partners as to create long-lasting relationships and service offerings.
Excellent customer service management to ensure that the partners deal is well structured and executed from creation to sale.
Oversee the partner requirements and ensure that needs are fully understood and met.
Ensure that the partner is accurately onboarded with all required documentation obtained.
Arrange meetings on a regular basis with your partners to ensure progress updates are provided and excellent relationships are maintained.
Bring on the required amount of new business, whilst maintaining an existing base in line with business targets.
Attend networking events as a means of sourcing new business.
Implement sourcing methods to attract qualified partners.
Administration
Structure your day to break down monthly targets to be met and plan accordingly.
Ensure you are attending to an allocated number of cold calls and meetings weekly.
Manage all administration requests from your partners onboarded.
Ensure that all admin requirements are documented and met when creating the deal online.
Customer Service and Client Maintenance
Always offer excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders ensuring return of business and long-lasting relationships amongst departments and external partners.
Ensure regular feedback meetings are coordinated to provide feedback on deals to partners.
Learning

Requirements:
Qualification and experience
Matric Certificate, related qualification is advantageous.
2-3 years previous cold calling, new business development experience. (negotiable)
Proven history of closing deals, ideally within a short sales cycle.
Skills and attributes
Holds a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Adaptability: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
Grit: The ability to bounce back and keep motivated.
Organised, can plan, and manage own workload with minimal supervision.
