Brunel Studios Ltd. is seeking a dynamic individual in Johannesburg to spearhead our sales efforts on an initial 3-month contract, with outstanding growth potential to a permanent role, a R25,000 CTC salary, and the chance to become our next Regional Business Development Manager!

Location: Remote (Candidate must be based in Johannesburg for client meetings)
At Brunel Studios Ltd., we develop a diverse range of SaaS products, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Specialist to expand our footprint, particularly within the Johannesburg market. This is your chance to work directly with the Founder and Lead Developer, shaping our sales strategy and making a tangible impact. While we cater to various industries, experience or a strong interest in the Fintech sector would be a significant advantage.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities for our diverse SaaS product suite.
Networking: Build and leverage a strong professional network in Johannesburg to generate leads and uncover opportunities.
Client Engagement: Travel to meet prospective clients within the Johannesburg area, understand their unique challenges, and present compelling SaaS solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with our Founder and Lead Developer to define project scopes, understand timelines, and determine development costs for accurate quoting.
Quoting & Proposal Management: Craft tailored and persuasive quotes and proposals.
Closing Deals: Confidently manage negotiations and close sales to achieve targets.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, specifically within the SaaS industry.
Experience or a strong understanding of the Fintech industry is highly desirable.
Demonstrable ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Based in Johannesburg with the ability and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
Ability to grasp technical concepts and articulate them to non-technical audiences.
A genuine passion for technology and innovation.
