Role Overview: We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, who is passionate about innovation and eager to bring a unique advertising platform to more clients across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
Present our value proposition to marketing and media decision-makers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with agency and direct clients.
Craft and pitch creative advertising solutions tailored to client objectives.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed on advertising trends, especially in Out-of-Home (OOH) and performance-led media.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: 3-5+ years in sales (OOH or digital media is a bonus).
Self-Starter: Comfortable taking initiative and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to consistently source, pursue, and secure new business in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Client-Centric: Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Creative Thinker: Able to develop compelling advertising solutions with measurable impact.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of media buying processes, brand strategy, and marketing KPIs.
Tech-Savvy: Confident using CRM systems, proposal tools, and presentation software.
